So I’m down to the last couple Showa-era Gamera movies and it’s getting to be a hard slog. There’s a reason why they were featured on MST3K. The first three are actually pretty good (for the genre and time period) but they nose dive into garbage thereafter. Anyway, news is sparse so I’ll see you here next week! Literally. I can see you. Please wear that green satin number I like so much.

Back for another week, one in which we learn something amusing about Meghan. The superhero she is sighing over (Captain MegaDude) has not been previously introduced in the comic but you can get a hint of where he fits in back on this page. (HA! You didn’t bother reading it back then, did you? See, you have to pay attention in this comic.)

Another slow week otherwise. I just picked up a complete set of the Showa Gamera films though so I’ve been enjoying that. Did anyone but me think the new Hollywood Godzilla movie was really more Gamera than Gojira? I mean, even the “bad” monster looked like Gyaos. Anyway, stay safe and be back here next week!

More grumpiness from security guard Jerry today. No other major news for this week. I don’t think I ever posted it here last month but did you know I did a guest comic in June for Blitz Phoenix? After a much longer absence than I planned, Kung Fu Meghan now returns to regular updates. I apologize for the delay. I had a bit of a crisis of faith and needed to work through some issues related to the story and my creation of it. Chapter 4 is going to be a short one, only six pages, but chapter 5 is well under way and looking to be quite long. Thanks for your patience and I’ll be back here next week!
