Some of my favorite bits to write are the little scenes where Meghan and Glen are just annoying the heck out of each other.

Over at The Webcomic List website I see I am currently ranked at #24. I don’t place much faith in those types of numbers (although it was gratifying to be at #1 briefly. Woo!) but even so it seems like readership is growing. Far cooler than site numbers though is seeing when users of the list add Kung Fu Meghan to their favorites. If you are one of those–or a reader, period– let me say THANK YOU!!. You’re the reason I get up in the morning.

Received a very nice compliment this week from another creator named Darryl Hughes who writes a project you can see here It has to do with a fairy tale type kingdom in peril and a courageous mouse who volunteers to help. Some lovely art as well by Monique MacNaughton. Give it a look!

Back again! I have decided to try a limited experiment in allowing comments on the site. I’m a little leery of comments as they seems to attract the worst elements but I’m also curious to see what people might have to say. I’ve set it up currently so that your comment will not post without admin approval so don’t freak when it doesn’t post immediately. As always, email me if there is an issue. I think I may try to get a little ad revenue going so there will likely be some changes in the site layout in the next couple weeks. I plan (at the moment) to move the comic to a left-justified arrangement so I can put ads on the right. Not sure yet if I want to try a banner ad or anything else. I may just dip my toe in a little at a time and see how I like the visuals.

Holy cow, I don’t know what is wrong with me. I just slept all day and completely forgot to upload the comic. Sorry everyone!

This one made me chuckle although it may not be so obvious for everyone. When I was in college I had a friend who was from Japan and she taught me a few words of Japanese. “Yoisho” is one of those words. The way she explained it, you say it right as you sit down as a sort of exhalation when you are tired and sore and sitting feels SO good. As she put it, “It sounds like old people”. That still makes me laugh and having the Ronin Glen come in with a neck brace and crutches after his fight with Mu Fanchu…well, it just seemed appropriate.
